Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Support Technician to manage our IT infrastructure, conduct equipment inventory clean-up, and provide critical technical support to our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive inventory management and clean-up of IT assets
Inspect, document, and maintain company IT equipment and hardware
Triage and resolve technical support tickets efficiently and accurately
Perform physical equipment audits and update inventory tracking systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Coordinate equipment repairs and replacements
Maintain detailed logs of all technical interventions and equipment status
Required Skills
Strong technical troubleshooting abilities
Proficiency in inventory management systems
Excellent organizational and documentation skills
Basic networking and hardware maintenance knowledge
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support tickets simultaneously
Qualifications
Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
1-2 years of IT support experience
CompTIA A+ certification preferred
Experience with asset management software
Work Conditions
100% Onsite work
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Occasional overtime may be required
Physical demands include lifting equipment up to 25 pounds
